Cadmus product team is growing fast and to manage this growth they were adding designers with high communication skills to work with their clients. Designers play a critical role in Cadmus as they are a B2B2C product and work with universities and students for their assessment platform
An assessment platform has to be self intuitive as the students are usually in the environment where they want everything to work, find everything faster
Cadmus was looking for designers to add to their team with high communication and UX research skills. They wanted someone to join fast, take over the design role and help them with launch of the features on time
This involved having a designer with good system design experience, understand the complexities of working with clients have good design background and knows how to communicate.
We were looking for a highly skilled designer to join our team to deliver on critical launches, the challenge was finding someone who is able to work with us, join us immediately and take over the design system for the launch
