Australian Sports Camps (ASC) is a company that runs sports camps for children aged 5–15 in a variety of sports, including AFL football, tennis, cricket, hockey, netball, soccer, basketball, and rugby union. in Australia. ASC's mission is to help and inspire children to love sport. 
ASC has been running camps for over 40 years. Some former and current high-profile players, including Michael Slater, Mark Philippoussis, James Hird, and Harry Taylor, have attended ASC camps.
 

Problem

While running the sports camps, they were looking for a partner to solve all the tech challenges, maintaining & scaling their eCommerce tech platform in Wordpress.
 
The eCommerce platform in wordpress is not a typical woocommerce site
It involved integrations with their CRM and the booking of the camps happen differently as parents used to book for children
 
So they were running on eCommerce with very high modifications and their current tech partner was not able to fulfill the demand
