REFUND POLICY — OPTIBLACK

Optiblack provides consulting, analytics, product development, design, and engineering services.
As a service-based company, our work involves allocation of manpower, time, strategic effort, and intellectual resources.
Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.

1. No Refund on Services

Payments made for the following are non-refundable:

• Consulting sessions
  
  
• Audits, strategy, research
  
  
• UI/UX design
  
  
• Engineering or development work
  
  
• Product analytics and integrations
  
  
• Retainers, monthly service packages
  
  
• Dedicated team allocations
  
  

Once work begins, the time and effort cannot be reversed.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be provided only in exceptional situations such as:

• Duplicate payments
  
  
• Incorrect billing
  
  
• Project cancellation before any work begins
  
  

Requests must be emailed within 7 days of payment to:

3. Dissatisfaction or Disputes

If you are not satisfied with deliverables:

• We will provide revisions
  
  
• Offer additional support
  
  
• Present a corrective action plan
  
  

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction once substantial services have been delivered.
